Shipping Policy

Shipping charges: Shipping is free on all orders across India.

Dispatch time: Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 24 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery time: Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Remote PIN codes may take a little longer.

Order tracking: Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery areas: We currently ship only within India.

Damaged or missing parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please email trywildheal@gmail.com or call +91 80899 88181 within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
